Does NEUSPEED offer any sponsorship programs?

Currently we do not have any product sponsorship programs available for individuals.   Vehicle or parts manufacturers should contact us directly by email if they are building a vehicle and wish to use NEUSPEED parts. For further information, please e-mail us at info@neuspeed.com.



How does my company establish a wholesale dealer account with NEUSPEED?

To become a NEUSPEED Dealer, please fax a copy of your business license and federal tax identification to us. California businesses must also submit a completed resale card. Our fax number is 805-388-0030. After this information is received we will mail you a NEUSPEED Jobber/Dealer catalog and price sheet. Once you receive this catalog, qualified dealers are welcome to place their first order at any time. Our standard dealer payment terms are credit card (Visa, MC, Amex, Discover) or COD Cashier's Check or Money Order. Sorry, we do not accept company checks or personal checks.

To qualify for a dealer discount, your company must be in the business of automotive repair, or re-selling automotive parts, accessories, car audio, etc. Companies that are not automotive related will not qualify for a dealer discount.



I found an item for sale on another web site for less money.  Will you price match?

Unfortunately we cannot offer price matching on NEUSPEED items. Since we are the official NEUSPEED factory website, all NEUSPEED merchandise (except for our monthly "Specials") is set at the Suggested Retail Price. Other retail, mail order and internet sites purchase their NEUSPEED items from us, so we cannot steal a sale away from them by lowering the price. We encourage you to check your local NEUSPEED dealer's prices before purchasing. Often your local dealer will be able to offer sale pricing on our items. However, we sell other parts on this web site besides NEUSPEED. You can find Bilstein and KONI shocks, plus other accessories sold at our "everyday" discounted prices, usually 10-40% less than the manufacturer's suggested retail price. If you have any additional pricing questions, please contact a NEUSPEED/APS sales representative prior to placing your order.



What is your company's Privacy Policy regarding the personal information I submit when I place an order? 

We're in the business of selling car parts, not mailing lists!
All the personal information you provide when you place an order such as your name, address, phone, email address and credit card information stays here at NEUSPEED.  We do not sell our customer list to any other entities, not even car-related businesses.  The information you provide is used solely to process your NEUSPEED order and verify your credit card information.

Your information stays secure.
Our website is hosted on a dedicated server, not a shared server.  The server firewall and the encryption of your credit card data is our first layer of security.  No personal information is stored on our web server.  Your web order is downloaded and purged from our web server within 1 business day. 

Your personal information resides on our internal server located within our office.  This is our second layer of security.  External access to this server is firewall protected, and internal access is restricted by individual employee user ID and passwords.   

You can change your customer information at any time.
Our shipping policy is that we will only ship merchandise to the same address where your monthly credit card statement arrives at.  If you move or change your billing addresses, you must notify your credit card company before placing your order. 

You may request at any time that we delete your credit card number and expiration date from your customer profile.  This request should be submitted in writing through our general e-mailbox shown in the CONTACT section of this website.

Changes to our Privacy Policy may be viewed at any time.
Any changes to our company's Privacy Policy will be posted here on our website with the date the change was implemented.  Please bookmark this page if you want to check for any changes in the future. 



What is your return policy?

All electrical parts, including P-Chips are not returnable. Request for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of shipment delivery. A 20% restock/handling fee will be charged on all authorized return merchandise, which must be unused and in original salable condition.
