2-Piece Floating Brake Rotors | Front 335mm Slotted • F5X/F60 JCW

Upgrade your MINI JCW braking performance by converting your factory system to a true big brake kit with NM Eng. Full Floating 2-Piece Rotors.

Introducing NM Engineering 2-Piece Full-Floating Brake Rotors, meticulously engineered as a direct replacement for the factory 335x30mm rotor. These rotors exemplify a commitment to unparalleled quality, utilizing the latest advancements in racing brake rotor technology. The 2-Piece Full-Floating Rotor not only prioritizes weight savings but also facilitates rapid heat dissipation. This reduction in unsprung weight goes beyond enhancing handling characteristics; it translates to improved performance across all driving scenarios. The consequential decrease in rotational inertia fosters accelerated acceleration, reduced braking distances, and heightened responsiveness in handling.

Embracing the race-bred technology of Full-Floating Rotors, this design allows the disc to dynamically "float" in both radial and axial directions. This unique capability enables the disc to expand and contract in response to temperature fluctuations, culminating in superior braking performance. The outer disc's ability to expand away from the hub under extreme heat plays a pivotal role in mitigating the likelihood of rotor warping. Elevate your driving experience with NM Engineering's commitment to precision engineering and race-proven technology.

FEATURES

• Featuring an Aluminum Hat constructed from 7075-T6 for enhanced strength and a lower deflection rate, our meticulously crafted brake system sets a new standard. The Type III Black Hard Anodized coating ensures durability and a sleek aesthetic. The rotor, measuring 335mm x 30mm, is forged from Grey Iron and subjected to heat treatment for optimal performance.

• Distinguished by slotted, 48 curved veins and directional vents measuring 14mm wide, our design prioritizes efficient heat dissipation. The inclusion of Stainless Steel Full Floating Hardware, utilizing the "D-Bobbin" hardware type, enhances overall performance.

• An innovative lightening pocket surrounds the floating hardware, strategically reducing weight, adding structural rigidity, and minimizing the rotor's heat transfer. This results in a remarkable weight reduction to 20.5 lbs. each.
